This website is split into three sections:
About – how the programme came about and information on both partners.
Young people – this section has our wellness quiz which gives young people an idea of where they are currently with their own mental health and provides them with some advice on how to improve or maintain their wellbeing. This section also has links to useful websites and can help signpost young people to other supports.
Facilitator – this section is for professionals who work with young people. It gives a brief breakdown of the programme and provides feedback and useful tips for facilitators when running the programme. This section also has an area for professionals to be able to download the Mind Your Head resource and other useful resources
