OKAY:: You have scored in the third bracket of results. You have the makings of a good positive environment for mental health but you need to make some changes. Check back through your questions above and see what 'Part' you got the lowest result in. This is an area where you can start to develop. GOOD: You have scored in the second bracket of results. Most of the time you have the correct elements in your life, which creates the perfect environment for mental health. Carry on what your doing at them moment and try to add a few more elements of what you will learn in the coming weeks to your daily life.
VERY GOOD: You have scored in the top bracket of results. This shows that you already have the correct elements in your life that creates the best environment for positive mental health. KEEP IT UP!
